We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing.

Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to maintain payroll accuracy.

Maintain employee payroll records, ensure timely data entry, and resolve discrepancies.

Process statutory payments, such as pensions, sick pay, and parental leave.

Support payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities

Manage the business trip process, including approvals, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursement.

Review and approve employee expense claims in line with company policies.

Perform accounting transactions in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage vendor payments, including verification, processing, and reconciliation.

Assist the Finance Department with periodic and ad-hoc reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis as requested.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations.

Requirements

4+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational or regulated environment

Previous accounting experience is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (additional jurisdictions a plus)

Experience working with payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, or similar)

High attention to detail and data integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
