Due to the development of its activity, the company is looking to recruit

Financial Manager

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Set up effective Administrative policies and controls for the company
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Manage cash and oversee accounts receivables and payables to optimize cash flow
• Continuously evaluate short and long term strategic financial objectives
• Ensure credibility of finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of performance, budgets, financial trends and forecasts
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance experience and proven track record as a financial manager, with previous experience in accounting;
• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards;
• Good knowledge of all statutory laws and regulations
• Excellent user of MS Office and good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and good management at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving skills and creativity and ability to make judgments and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
