We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll Specialist to handle our comprehensive HR functions while also performing payroll duties as required. This dynamic role involves maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner using specialized payroll software.
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure proper processing and reporting.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system.
- Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll functions.
- Proficiency in specialized payroll software.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
