For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Representative with German or Danish or Norwegian with English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
• Assist with money transfer-related issues or escalate when needed;
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to all client requests;
• Communicate with B2B clients in a professional manner;
• Follow company procedures and maintain service quality;
• Log and track customer interactions using internal tools.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Danish, or Norwegian (B2-C1 level);
• Good command of English for internal communication and training;
• Previous customer support experience is a plus;
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
