For one of our clients – a top innovator in digital solutions and AI automation, optimizing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Information Security Analyst with Arabic or Danish (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch chat support in Arabic or Danish, ensuring a great customer experience;
• Review and assess digital content to ensure it follows platform safety standards;
• Investigate and resolve user reports related to security or guideline violations;
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and boost user satisfaction;
• Keep accurate logs of all user interactions and resolved cases;
• Be flexible to work rotating day and night shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic or Danish, plus solid English communication skills;
• Sharp eye for detail and a critical mindset when evaluating online content;
• Background in customer service, content moderation, or digital safety is a plus;
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude;
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
