For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Digital Content Mediator with German or Polish or Arabic or Slovak (PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements;
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines;
• Flag or remove inappropriate or harmful content;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards;
• Provide timely reports on content moderation metrics.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Polish, Arabic, or Slovak and very good English;
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment;
• Experience in content moderation or related field is a plus;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
