For one of our clients - а corporation provides customer and information management solutions, including different software and systems, we are looking for – First Level Technical Support Specialist with Turkish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly First Level Support to users via email and calls;
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently;
• Escalate complex problems while keeping users informed;
• Track and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution;
• Share solutions and tips to help improve team knowledge and support quality.

Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of Windows applications and common business tools;
• Turkish C1 and English B2 for effective communication;
• Experience with ticketing systems and providing user support;
• Strong problem-solving and guidance skills;
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
