For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Inside Sales Support Advisor with Spanish or Italian or German or French with English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to the sales team by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks;
• Communicate with existing or potential customers to present products or services;
• Deliver accurate and clear information about company offers and solutions;
• Help with processing orders and tracking their status to ensure timely delivery;
• Keep customer data up to date in the system and maintain detailed records;
• Work closely with other internal teams to resolve client requests or issues.

Requirements:

• Spanish, Italian, German or French at a C1 level, with strong verbal and written communication;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, ensuring ease with internal tools and communication;
• Interest in sales, customer service, or business support roles;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships;
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like CRM or Excel;
• Flexibility to work in day and later shifts, depending on team needs.
