For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Support Representative for an Innovative Product with Slovenian or Czech

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone;
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries;
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following company guidelines;
• Stay up to date with product updates and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Slovenian or Czech speaker with fluency in English;
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills is a plus;
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
