For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with Dutch or German and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Validate and prepare revenue data for smooth client sign-off;
• Monitor sales, billing, and pipeline to spot and fix gaps;
• Keep CRM data clean and up to date for accurate forecasting;
• Resolve billing or invoicing issues with internal teams;
• Handle pricing and quoting tool requests quickly and efficiently;
• Track deals from start to finish, ensuring nothing gets stuck.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch or German and English;
• Experience or interest in sales, customer service, or operations;
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics a plus);
• Strong communicator and team player;
• Quick problem-solver with an eye for detail
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
