For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with Dutch or German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with Dutch or German and English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Validate and prepare revenue data for smooth client sign-off;
- Monitor sales, billing, and pipeline to spot and fix gaps;
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date for accurate forecasting;
- Resolve billing or invoicing issues with internal teams;
- Handle pricing and quoting tool requests quickly and efficiently;
- Track deals from start to finish, ensuring nothing gets stuck.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch or German and English;
- Experience or interest in sales, customer service, or operations;
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics a plus);
- Strong communicator and team player;
- Quick problem-solver with an eye for detail
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
