For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Junior Tech Care Support Agent with Italian or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish (PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers via phone, chat, and email;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently;
• Escalate more complex problems to higher-level support when needed;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
• Continuously learn and stay informed about products, features, and processes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish and very good English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and following structured processes.
