For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Performance QA Specialist with Romanian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance;
• Deliver constructive, timely feedback to sales agents and team leaders;
• Prepare and share detailed QA reports with internal and external stakeholders;
• Analyze trends in quality results and suggest process or training improvements;
• Lead or participate in calibration sessions to align evaluation criteria;
• Support agent development through one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role;
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience;
• Solid understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and KPIs;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Proficiency with QA tools, CRM systems, and call monitoring software;
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; fluent in primary working language.
