For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Team Lead – Appearance and Staff Presentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Appearance Department team to meet goals and standards;
• Organize schedules, attendance, and leave to keep operations smooth;
• Manage stock levels, orders, and ensure proper procedures are followed;
• Keep department processes updated and efficient;
• Organize training, workshops, and assist with special events;
• Prepare clear reports on team results and inventory status.

Requirements:

• Proven team management experience;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and very good command of English;
• A background in hairdressing or makeup artistry, or relevant certification;
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
