As part of one of the market leaders in parcel delivery and e-commerce solutions, уour primary responsibility will roll around all HR activities. You'll exhibit a strong commitment to delivering a great service to our internal and external stakeholders. Understanding the unique payroll and administration needs of different departments, you'll become their go-to expert for payroll & admin-related matters, offering guidance and support.
If you have a background in payroll administration in a dynamic work environment, and excel in establishing strong relations with all company stakeholders, we're eager to hear from you! This position is ideal for someone who can effectively balance payroll and project management with a hands-on approach. Additionally, we value punctuality, proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

What you'll be doing:
- Actively participate in the entire employee lifecycle, including coordination and preparation of labor contracts, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
- Process and calculate employee wages and subcontractors commissions;
- Initiate and Perform cross-functional projects;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization;
- Closely collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (ex. Ops, Finance, Sales etc.)
- University degree;
- Excellent computer literacy – Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Self-driven and highly organized personality;
- Persistent mindset, proactive and positive approach;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Results oriented mindset;
