For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – HR Operations Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documents;
• Be the go-to person for everyday HR questions and support;
• Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date;
• Support onboarding, visa, and work permit processes;
• Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires;
• Maintain organized files and ensure data is handled securely.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or administrative support;
• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation;
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken;
• Detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks at once;
• Comfortable using MS Office and HR systems;
• Reliable, discreet, and a true team player.
