We are looking for a Warehouse Team leader to coordinate all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Team leader's responsibilities include organizing employees, coordinating logistical operations, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

The Warehouse Team leader's responsibilities include organizing employees, coordinating logistical operations, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinating warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Organizing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, transfer, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse's grounds.
- Manage the fleet and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- A high school diploma is required.
- English is a plus.
- Previous experience as a warehouse coordinator or a similar position.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Support for continuous learning in our Academy, with external trainers or online training.
