We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Sales English team.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to enhance Sales Representatives' productivity, efficiency, and performance quality.
- Delegate tasks and monitor the team's performance. Set individual and team goals, conduct performance reviews, and motivate staff to accomplish Sales objectives.
- Participate in hiring new team members and ensure that they receive the necessary education and training.
- Communicate with management staff in global offices to discuss new strategies and product development.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams and departments to improve products, processes, and procedures.
- Provide organized, relevant feedback to management about client needs, market trends, and the overall progress of the sales team.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems in real-time.
- Strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs, and geopolitical events.
- Previous Sales experience in a forex company or a similar financial services role.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Flexibility to work between home/office on a scheduled basis.
- Weekday work only.

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. 10am - 7pm; Working hours/Shifts: 3 days from the office.
