We are currently looking for an Office Мanager to join our growing team in Sofia!

We are currently looking for an Office Мanager to join our growing team in Sofia!
What will you do?
- Мanage administrative documentation and correspondence;
- Book transport and accommodation;
- Collect and process invoices;
- Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they are observed;
- Communicate with public institutions and external accounting firm, when necessary;
- Organize events and team-buildings;
- Collaborate with HR to enhance employer branding;
- Help with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Relevant administrative experience is considered an advantage;
- You can speak and write fluent English;
- You are organized and have attention to detail;
- You are a great communicator and a collaborative team player;
- You have positive attitude, good decision making abilities and problem solving skills.
