For our client, a company operating in the field of Marketing and IT Solutions, we are looking for an Office Manager to take on a key role, working closely with the company’s management and supporting its day-to-day operations. The position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the work calendars and travel arrangements of the company’s management
- Answering phone calls, emails, and handling official correspondence
- Performing general administrative and secretarial duties
- Assisting in staff appraisal and training processes
- Planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Office maintenance – equipment, cleanliness, repairs, relocations, etc.
- Ordering and managing office supplies and resources for all employees
- People management and coordination
- Working with company documentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and excellent writing skills
- Ability to work closely with different departments and on various projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
