Our partner is a global leader in professional services and digital transformation. For their growing team in Sofia, we are looking for a PMO Reporting & Insights Team Lead. The role focuses on turning complex information into clear insights that support decision-making, while leading a small team and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert project and operational data into structured insights and management-ready outputs;
• Analyse performance, trends, risks, and dependencies across portfolios;
• Deliver concise reports, dashboards, and executive presentations;
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting cycles;
• Support program-level measurement and reporting activities in collaboration with key stakeholders;
• Improve reporting frameworks, tools, and standards within the PMO;
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of reporting analysts.

Requirements:

• Very good command of English;
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or PMO-related roles;
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data-handling capabilities;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively;
• Understanding of project and program environments;
• Previous experience in people management or team leadership;
• Experience working with social platforms in a professional or analytical context.

Tools & Environment:

• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced);
• BI and data visualisation tools;
• Project and collaboration platforms;
• Executive presentation tools;
• SQL is a plus.
