SCRUM MASTER/AGILE COACH

Employment Area: IT - Consulting // Location: Sofia // Employment Type: Full-time

The impact you will create:

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Coach the team on Agile practices, principles, and values, helping them to continuously improve their processes

Help the team identify and remove any impediments that may be preventing them from meeting their sprint goals

Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is working on the highest-priority tasks and delivering value to the customer

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that the team is always learning and growing

Act as a servant leader, providing guidance and support to the team, while empowering them to self-organize and make decisions

Maintain metrics that provide visibility into the team's progress and performance, and use these metrics to drive continuous improvement.Act as an Agile coach to the organization, helping to promote the adoption of Agile practices across the company

Identify and remove obstacles that may prevent the adoption of Agile practices at the organization

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that teams are always learning and growing

Act as an advocate for Agile practices at the organization, helping to promote the benefits of Agile methodologies and frameworks

Experience and skills you will need:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in a software development environment

Certification of PSM I, CSM and/or equivalent is a must

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

Experience working with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Fluent English both written and verbal. German is a great advantage
