Product Manager – Mortgage Loans

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person as a:

Product Manager – Mortgage Loans

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for activities associated with business development and launching of new products and modifications of existing mortgage loan products within a cross-functional team;
• Drive the development, implementation and optimization of the mortgage lending products and process;
• Contribute to key bank-wide projects, including project scope, project roadmap, impact assessment, business requirements, execution;
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are established, effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders;
• Solving interdependencies, leads the communication with IT and related vendors;
• Participates in the preparation and validation of business requirements, requests, project planning;
• Responsible for well written user stories/ requirements, helps the development team with the refinement and estimation of user stories during refinement;
• Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication in order to argument and sustain his/her insights and make them actionable for business development;

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

• Previous product or projects experience in Retail banking lending and especially mortgage lending;
• Analytical thinking and results orientation;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• University degree in a business or mathematics discipline (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics);
• Excellent command of English language;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Team player person able to work in dynamic environment and to handle both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks and/or analysis for tracking the business evolution;
