We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Digital Media Buying Specialist join our team and participate in delivering effective and results-driven digital campaigns all around the world.
Position overview:
If you are interested in Digital Marketing and would like to learn and practice strategic planning, communication development, digital media planning and buying, this is the place for you.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be a collaborative, analytical, focused on driving results, willing to discover and learn.
Мain responsibilities:
Participate in the planning, managing and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns including leading the research stage
Identify trends and insights and propose performance optimization based on the insights
Compile regular reports for stakeholders of campaigns’ performance, results, and findings
Keep up with industry trends, innovations, emerging technologies and provide perspective on their adoption for Ficosota brands where applicable
Work closely with fellow marketers, content creators, influencers/agencies, designers, and developers to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns
Participate in the management of the company’s social media profiles and presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, etc.)
Participate in the planning, negotiations and preparation of UGC videos on a monthly basis in different countries
Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related business field (or in the last 2 years of study)
Prior experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Tik Tok Ads Manager are mandatory
Knowledge of digital performance marketing, including planning and managing paid digital campaigns in social, search and display
Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Eager to be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Native with all main social media – Tik-Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Obtained digital marketing courses or certifications will be considered as strong advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English (at least B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Computer literacy: working proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office
