The Configuration Specialist is responsible for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues that could not be resolved over the telephone. Additionally, the Configuration Technician is also responsible for the physical repair, maintenance, and tracking of client equipment and operating within client Service Level Agreements and internal procedures.

The Configuration Specialist is responsible for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues that could not be resolved over the telephone. Additionally, the Configuration Technician is also responsible for the physical repair, maintenance, and tracking of client equipment and operating within client Service Level Agreements and internal procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with people managers and act as single point of contact for HR related topics for all projects within the respective span of 350+ employees
- Identify applicable legal requirements at state and central levels, update HR policies on regular basis and ensure they are compliant with the local regulatory requirements (e.g. country specific leave policy, etc.) and the social security norms
- Participate in internal / external audits; Provide input on information requested by auditors and respond to audit queries as and when required; Liaise with audit / internal teams to come up with an action plan based on the audit findings; Support execution of action plans to ensure closure of non-compliances
- Conduct onboarding orientation for the new joiners; Resolve employee concerns/issues post handoff; Complete separation formalities of onsite employees including exit and separation interviews
- Organize and conduct employee engagement initiatives – HR kiosk, Corporate Social Responsibility Events, Celebrations, employee connect programs
- Handle employee grievances and perform end-to-end internal reviews as per company and legal grievance procedures
- Conduct trainings for managers and internal stakeholder on various compliance related aspects
- Work with wider HR community such as Line of Business HR / Compensation and Benefits / Talent Development on performance appraisals, internal moves, merit increase process, etc.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP role in multinational environment with individual span of 300+ employees
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian employment regulations
- Experience in creation, implementation and monitoring of HR policies and practices
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision
- Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure, self-organized person
- Excellent command of English language, knowledge of Romanian language is an advantage
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in HCM systems
