• Assist in drafting and publishing job advertisements on various platforms
• Reviews and screens incoming CVs based on predefined criteria
• Conducts initial contact with candidates via phone or email to clarify details and schedule interviews, organizes and coordinates interview schedules
• Maintains and updates the candidate database
• Participates in interviews and prepares brief summaries of candidate performance
• Assists with administrative tasks related to HR processes and feedback to candidate
• Key contact for Internship program
