What you will do
Market Development & Opportunity Identification
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned product group
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Define target segments, applications, and priority markets
Pipeline Building & Project Development
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Work with Sales teams to develop opportunities from early stage to order
- Support positioning of solutions in complex / project-based sales
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Establish relationships with:
- -key customers
- -consultants / architects (if relevant)
- -partners and distributors
- Promote product capabilities and value proposition
Sales Support & Enablement
- Support Sales with:
- -technical/commercial positioning
- -proposals and presentations
- -key customer meetings
- Provide guidance on product applications and differentiations
Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to product/segment growth strategy
- Define and execute action plans per market/region
- Monitor performance vs targets
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with: Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations / Supply Chain
- Ensure alignment between market demand and internal capabilities
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
- Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
What we require
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or project-based environments
- Experience in industrial / technical / construction-related sectors is a strong advantage
- Experience working in a regional or international role (multi-country exposure)
- Experience in project sales / solution selling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable project pipeline
- Solid commercial acumen with understanding of revenue, margin, and overall business impact
- Proven stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Good understanding of project-based and solution-driven sales processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, including pipeline tracking and performance monitoring
- Clear and structured communication skills, ensuring effective coordination across teams and regions
- Proactive approach, strong ownership, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
