New Career is recruiting a Client Success Ambassador on behalf of its client – a fast-growing technology company developing innovative solutions for businesses across the U.S. market.
The Role:
As a Client Success Ambassador, you will work directly with clients over the phone, building long-term partnerships, presenting the company’s solutions, and growing accounts through consultative direct sales and upselling. This role combines phone-based sales, client relationship management, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls with clients based in the U.S. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact Actively present and sell additional services and solutions tailored to client needs Analyze client performance and identify growth and upsell opportunities Lead regular performance, optimization, and success-focused calls Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct phone sales Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar commercial role is a strong advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach Analytical thinking and confidence working with performance data Interest in technology and digital solutions Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
