For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Relation Specialist with Croatian or Romanian or Slovenian or Turkish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls;
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for common issues;
• Update and maintain customer records and case documentation;
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments;
• Ensure timely and accurate responses in line with service standards;
• Support internal administrative tasks and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Croatian, Romanian, Slovenian or Turkish, plus good command of English;
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus;
• Comfortable using multiple software tools and online platforms;
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently;
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
