For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with English (Day/Night Shifts/Hybrid Model).

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to users of the online platform, ensuring a positive experience;
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media, resolving issues effectively;
• Assist users with navigating the platform, managing their accounts, and using available

features;

• Address concerns related to payments, identity verification, and security;
• Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to technical or service-related issues;
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach when assisting customers;
• Report software bugs, system errors, and technical issues to the relevant team for quick

resolution;

• Offer detailed product information and guidance to improve user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
• Familiarity with payment processing, account security, or fraud prevention is a plus;
• Able to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams;
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
