For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Travel and Mobility Specialist with French or German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for car rental services, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience;
• Handle booking requests, modifications, and cancellations efficiently;
• Assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner;
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service quality;
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and service updates.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of French or German and good English;
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with reservation systems;
• Comfortable working in a structured weekday office environment.
