What you will do on this role:
- Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with general inquiries and basic troubleshooting
- Accurately log and track customer interactions in the system
- Follow internal procedures and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude toward customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth support coverage
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to work late and night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
