For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Rental Services Specialist with German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support and help create a seamless rental experience for every client;
• Manage reservations, booking changes, and cancellations quickly and efficiently;
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and a positive attitude;
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries and maintain high service standards;
• Keep reservation details and customer interactions accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Excellent German skills and good command of English;
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset;
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a dynamic environment;
• Comfortable using computer systems and reservation platforms;
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured weekday office setting.
