As a fast-growing business, we are looking for an extremely experienced salesperson to lead our sales team of young professionals. It is a key role for the whole organization and will be responsible not only for the sales strategy and results, but also for developing the business and moving it forward to the next step.
Essential duties:
As a fast-growing business, we are looking for an extremely experienced salesperson to lead our sales team of young professionals. It is a key role for the whole organization and will be responsible not only for the sales strategy and results, but also for developing the business and moving it forward to the next step.
Essential duties:
Sales:
- Managing a team of Sales agents, native speakers from different countries;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the team's work;
- Build from scratch reporting & tracking mechanism & bonus system;
- Apply a wide range of methods and practices to achieve the sales volume target;
- Deep research of different markets/countries, main source of potential patients;
- Constantly upgrading and training the knowledge of all team members;
- High discipline on the team;
- Personally train and onboard all new hires of the team;
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager and the General Manager on a daily basis;
- Actively suggesting and implementing new brand and marketing strategies;
- Explore new markets and opportunities for business partnerships;
- Building strong relationships with local and external partners;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Self-driven and extremely energetic and motivated;
- Fast-thinking and problem-solving;
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
