Manager - Infrastructure and Service Support Department

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure and Services Support department;
• Align system, technical, and infrastructure architectures with business goals and security standards;
• Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure-related projects and enhancements;
• Identify and implement process and technical improvements;
• Monitor service performance and ensure effective incident and problem management;
• Manage relationships with external vendors/partners;
• Participate in local and group-level project steering committees;
• Mentor, coach, and support the team members;

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar managerial or team leadership role;
• Solid experience in networking and systems management, and excellent understanding of network and systems architecture principles and practices;
• Good understanding of data center management and critical applications hosting;
• Experience working in heterogeneous environments (Unix/Linux and Windows);
• Knowledge of database management concepts;
• Strong understanding of IT policies, procedures, and information security standards;
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and procurement management;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
