Your Role: As our Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive environment for our teams and patients alike. You will be responsible for managing operational projects, optimizing workflows, and leading and inspiring teams across departments. Your leadership will directly impact our clinic’s efficiency, service quality, and team satisfaction. This role requires frequent travel between our locations and project sites.

Your Role: As our Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive environment for our teams and patients alike. You will be responsible for managing operational projects, optimizing workflows, and leading and inspiring teams across departments. Your leadership will directly impact our clinic’s efficiency, service quality, and team satisfaction. This role requires frequent travel between our locations and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and continuously improve operational processes and projects.
- Lead, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and motivating work culture.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance patient experiences.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and growth projects.
- Manage cross-location initiatives, requiring regular travel between Varna and London.
