Job Description
Reporting into GTM (Go to Market) Data Manager you will focus on evolving account and manager information that helps improve Sales team performance (for example, deeper understanding of sales pipeline, productivity, win/loss, performance, market dynamics).
Main priorities will be data accuracy and establish governance processes which will help resolve any problems with data.
What you'll do:
- Ensure data is of high enough quality to support decision-making. Work with the Insight team to support their efforts in building dashboards displaying correct data.
- Design new governance dashboards and build/write them in Tableau/Power BI.
- Conduct interviews with sales agents on their data accuracy.
- Participate in projects with Sales leaders, understand their needs and propose solutions.
- Allocate team members to accounts depending on what their function is.
- Work with multiple systems, be able to understand the connections between them.
- Work with finance and billing, understand how a deal is being handled.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Around 3 years of experience in an Data analyst role.
- Higher Education Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics or similar.
- Experience with SQL, query building, exec scripts is preferable.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboarding knowledge or certification.
- Experience working with large blue-chip sales environment.
- Ability to connect and understand multiple systems and layer of data.
