The KOSTAL Group is divided into four main Business Divisions: Automotive Electrical Systems, Industrial Electronics, Connectors, Test Technology (SOMA) and Solar Electric.
For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire:
HR GENERALIST
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Compensation and Benefits, including analysis and benchmarking. Conduct employee skill and competence evaluations using a skill matrix. Oversee training and development initiatives, with a focus on leadership. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and making offers. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees. Provide day-to-day support for employee administration tasks
REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in spoken and written English, used on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and motivated attitude.
