We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive professional to join our Human Resources team in the role of „Payroll and HR Administration Specialist“.

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive professional to join our Human Resources team in the role of „Payroll and HR Administration Specialist“.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering processes related to hiring, internal transfers, and terminations;
- Processing data for salaries, bonuses, and deductions;
- Monitoring work schedules and tracking working hours;
- Preparing reports and documents in line with labor and social security legislation;
- Maintaining employee personnel files and absence records;
- Advising managers and employees on labor law matters;
- Participating in audits conducted by external institutions (NSSI, NRA, Labor Inspectorate);
- Contributing to internal HR projects focused on employee engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large company (300+ employees);
- Excellent knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
- Experience with Hermes payroll software – an advantage;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and discretion;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team;
- Good command of English – considered an advantage.
