Your Typical Day: As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
- Query Resolution: Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
- Clear Communication: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process Optimization: Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
What You Need:
- Fluency in German, both written and verbal
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
