Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone and email;
- Troubleshoot and assist customers with order-related challenges and discrepancies;
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in technology;
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain efficient and seamless operations;
- Provide clear, actionable solutions to customer issues while staying organized;
- Foster positive customer experiences through proactive and efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service, retail, contact centers, or related fields;
- Strong command of written communication, ensuring proper grammar and spelling in both
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing to collective goals;
- A problem-solving mindset, with a passion for helping customers and providing solutions;
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and adopt new technologies efficiently.
