Our client is a leading software product company with headquarters in Reykjavík, Iceland. Its mission is to develop business process management and document management software. They work with organizations in both the private and public sectors all over the world. They are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Pre-Sales Consultant with German for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenders (RFI, RFP, ITTs) and other procurement requests;
  • Maintain and update the response repository to streamline future tender responses;
  • Configure and deliver tailored system demonstrations for potential customers and partners;
  • Support customers and partners during system trials and evaluations;
  • Provide sales support to partners, enabling them to conduct their own sales activities;
  • Gather and share insights on customer requirements and market trends;
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance internal efficiencies;
  • Support the process of creating engaging online content (e.g., blog posts, social media post);
  • Monitor procurement portals and identify relevant opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken German and English;
  • Experience with software solutions and technical concepts;
  • A hands-on and can-do approach with the ability to adapt and learn quickly;
  • A strong client-oriented attitude with an interest in understanding the customer’s challenges;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines;
  • Precision in documentation, response handling, and process execution;
  • Enthusiasm for working with software products and staying up to date with industry trends.
