We are currently looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Frontend‑Focused) to strengthen our frontend development activities at the Sofia site.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance modern frontend components for company‑wide tool software using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Bootstrap, and Plotly
- Contribute to full‑stack development using Node.js and C#/.NET within a modernized software architecture
- Play a key role in a major software refactoring initiative, helping shape a clean, scalable, and future‑proof architecture
- Support the build‑up of an agile software development team at the local site, fully integrated with the headquarters team
- Ensure AIXTRON’s quality standards through robust design, implementation, testing, and documentation, while complying with applicable international standards
- Mentor junior colleagues and help scale software development capabilities in Sofia
Your Profile:
- Strong passion for frontend development and building high‑quality user interfaces
- Solid experience with modern frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Plotly
- Full‑stack development experience with Node.js and C#/.NET, including relevant tools and frameworks
- Advanced expertise in Windows, Linux, COM, and object‑oriented programming
- Degree in an IT‑related field and at least 5 years of experience developing complex software systems
- Team‑oriented mindset combined with an independent, structured way of working and a strong sense of ownership
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, contribute ideas, and stay up to date with IT trends
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus, along with willingness to travel occasionally
