Position Overview:

As Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products built on the .NET framework. You will lead a team of QA engineers, driving the design and implementation of testing strategies, frameworks, and processes to maintain high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering flawless software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and timelines for .NET-based software projects. Drive the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar, to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency. Conduct manual testing as needed, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to validate software functionality and performance. Manage the defect tracking process, including defect identification, documentation, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and drive quality improvements. Prepare comprehensive test reports, status updates, and documentation to communicate testing results, progress, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and SQL. Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium, NUnit, or similar tools. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with a focus on .NET technologies. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable.
