Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups
- Map current-state journeys and identify strategic opportunity areas that align with organizational goals
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and design sessions to build cross-functional alignment and drive consensus
- Guide teams from conceptual ambiguity to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready visual designs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback
- Synthesize findings into actionable design principles, user stories, and prioritized requirements
- Define and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role of designing digital products
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience with design and organization tools such as Sketch/Figma/Adobe CC
- Proven track record leading initiatives in complex enterprise or B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus in ambiguous situations
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership
- Deep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices
- Professional experience working effectively in cross-functional agile teams
