Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups
• Map current-state journeys and identify strategic opportunity areas that align with organizational goals
• Facilitate co-creation workshops and design sessions to build cross-functional alignment and drive consensus
• Guide teams from conceptual ambiguity to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready visual designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback
• Synthesize findings into actionable design principles, user stories, and prioritized requirements
• Define and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role of designing digital products
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience with design and organization tools such as Sketch/Figma/Adobe CC
• Proven track record leading initiatives in complex enterprise or B2B environments
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus in ambiguous situations
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership
• Deep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices
• Professional experience working effectively in cross-functional agile teams
