Senior System Administrator

Sofia, Bulgaria

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and maintain corporate servers, network infrastructure, and connectivity across offices.

Administer Windows servers, network devices (APs, switches, routers), and Barracuda firewalls.

Oversee Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Exchange (on-prem/online), and Intune MDM.

Configure and support virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware).

Monitor network performance, endpoint protection, and ensure zero-trust compliance.

Apply security updates and patches across systems.

Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure and system changes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; support internal IT and end users.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the IT environment.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience on similar position

In-depth knowledge of networks

Proficiency with Windows servers family, AD, DNS, CA, NPS, GPO;

Proficiency with PowerShell

Knowledge in VMware virtualization environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, eager to learn new technologies

Technology certificates will be considered as a plus

Ability to communicate effectively, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Valid driving license
