We are looking for a Senior System Administrator who is passionate about building and maintaining resilient infrastructure. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Onsite role: The position requires you to work from our office during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Linux-based server environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security;
• Ensure all systems meet strict security and compliance requirements;
• Troubleshoot application and system issues;
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve infrastructure efficiency, resource utilization, and system performance;
• Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures;
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term stability improvements;
• Automate recurring tasks and basic processes using scripts;
• Order equipment for employees.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in SRE-oriented roles or system administration; of Linux systems - installing, configuring, updating the OS and implementing security policies;
• Strong proficiency with Linux server administration;
• Scripting and automation skills;
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, well-organized work style.
