Maxima Bulgaria EOOD is owner of the retail chain T-Market in Bulgaria with 133 stores across the whole country and more than 2500 employees and with own online store. Maxima Bulgaria is a part of Maxima Grupė UAB – a Lithuanian group of retail chain companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria and in 2018 has become the first private company in Lithuania to enter the international capital market, which has successfully placed the biggest-ever issue of bonds by a private company in the Baltics.

If you are an HR professional who is driven to establish and lead the human resources policies, procedures, systems, and practices as well as to develop and implement the recruitment, selection, training, and development programs for both new and existing employees, apply for the open position of HR Manager
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creation and implementation of HR strategy;
- Preparation and setting up the HR policy and procedures;
- Management of all day-to-day operations and handle administrative HR topics;
- Implementation of models and actions for raising motivation of the employees;
- Staff recruitment and onboarding;
- Employees performance system management;
- Provide the Training Policy;
- Liaise between Management level and the team for HR related matters.
- Higher education in Human Resources or another relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Very good skills in working with MS Office software products
- A very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
