HalfPrice Great Brands & Great People!
HalfPrice is a modern store concept in the off-price segment (owned by the CCC GROUP).
With a wide range of popular, global brands across numerous product categories including clothing, footwear, accessories, sport equipment, toys and home furnishing.
In last two years we opened more than 120 stores, we hire 3500 #GreatPeople. We have stores in over than 11 European countries for example (Czech, Romania, Austria). That is not our last word!
We are still growing and expanding our assortment, and we are searching for new talents!
Due to our dynamic expansion we will open our third store in Bulgaria, in West Mall Sofia, so we are looking for

DEPUTY STORE MANAGER
Your scope of work:
- driving profitable sales by supporting Store Manager in managing all areas of the store
- team management (recruitment, motivation, delegation, evaluation, training and development)
- organizing and planning of the team’s working time based on sales targets and KPI’s
- processing and displaying the product according to the standards
- ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- developing relationships with business partners (Operations, HR, Marketing, Security and Loss Prevention Dep.)
- proven experience in retail management (at least 1-2 years)
- outcome-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- ability to analyze sales results
- highly developed organization and planning skills
- ability to adapt the way of motivating, engaging and developing to the team
- effective communication management and creating a culture of openness
- experience in fashion and managing team of at least 10 employees is a plus
- establishing our brand and developing customers awareness of off-price concept
- gaining unique experience in off-price segment
- onboarding training (possible training outside the place of residence)
- possibility of development and promotion along with the dynamic development of the company
- discounts to chain stores in the CCC Group (HalfPrice, CCC)
