We are looking to expand our HR team in Bulgaria! As we continue to grow, we are committed to fostering a positive company culture while maintaining high standards in HR operations, recruitment, and employee experience.
This role will work closely with the HR Manager, with responsibilities split between the two, offering room for creativity, process optimization, and professional growth. While the focus is on HR administration and operations, this role will also involve recruitment, event organization, and office management, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both working with people and streamlining processes in a fast-paced environment.

How you will make an impact:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Pre-screen candidates, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Support hiring managers by identifying recruitment needs, bottlenecks, and process improvements. Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Collaborate with management to refine recruitment strategies. HR Operations & Administration
Prepare and manage employment contracts, terminations, and other HR documentation in line with labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records, oversee onboarding paperwork, and update work schedules, leave records, and benefits. Provide HR data to Finance for payroll processing and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate data. Culture, Events & Employee Engagement
Work with the HR Manager to plan team-building activities, company events, and employee initiatives while gathering feedback to enhance engagement and workplace culture. Requirements Minimum 4+ years in an HR Generalist, HR Expert, or HR Operations role, ideally within fintech, tech, or operations-driven environments. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes Excellent understanding of Bulgarian labour legislation and its practical application. Passion for enhancing HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition & Workplace Management would be a great plus Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with experience in HRIS systems being a plus. Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and external partners while fostering a positive work culture. High level of accuracy, precision, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Degree in HR, Labor Law, Business Management, or a related field. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
