What will you be doing?
- Closely collaborating with the Store Manager to efficiently and effectively manage the store, including the sales floor and the warehouse.
- Supporting the Manager in team management, assisting with recruitment, coordinating tasks assigned by the Manager, and providing feedback.
- Analysing results and drawing insightful conclusions in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Ensuring adherence to established standards, including professional customer service and building a positive brand image.
- Assisting the Manager in identifying and resolving difficult situations within the team or with customers.
What do we expect from you?
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role within a store.
- Excellent organisation of both your work and that of the team, including effective prioritisation, task delegation, and good knowledge of store logistics operations.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback, handle difficult situations, motivate the team, and conduct recruitment.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw logical conclusions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and store/warehouse systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and adapt to change.
- Empathy and sensitivity while maintaining assertiveness and confidence.
