The Perfect Candidate:

- Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to comprehend and accurately assess identity-related documentation in English.
- Must be comfortable working in a live environment where precision, speed, and independent decision-making are essential.
- Previous experience in identity verification, document analysis, or KYC-related roles is an advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to extract and assess information from official documents across various formats and countries.
- Confident in visually comparing document photos with real images or videos to assess authenticity and ensure compliance.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently, maintaining high accuracy without direct supervision or active quality control monitoring.
- Adaptable to working with various document types and languages in a fast-paced setting.
- Review international identity documents such as ID cards, passports, residence permits, and driver's licenses.
- Extract key data points and assess the authenticity of documents, ensuring the integrity of the verification process.
- Perform facial matching by comparing document photos with live images or video clips, ensuring consistency and detecting possible fraud.
- Complete each document review within the set time, balancing efficiency with accuracy.
- Maintain a high standard of judgment and precision, working in a live environment.
