As an IT Specialist/ IT System Administrator, you will be a part of the IT Department of Samex Ltd..
Duties include but are not limited to - installation, configuration, maintenance (periodic and emergency maintenance), troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals as well as looking at all the necessary hardware acquisition and to support all users.

As an IT Specialist/ IT System Administrator, you will be a part of the IT Department of Samex Ltd..
Duties include but are not limited to - installation, configuration, maintenance (periodic and emergency maintenance), troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals as well as looking at all the necessary hardware acquisition and to support all users.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain Windows servers, workstations, software and peripherals.
- Install and configure technical equipment (KIOSK, POS, Touch Screens, Digital Menu Boards, Drive systems, etc.) in all our locations.
- Provide Technical support for other teams.
- Configuration and maintenance of peripheral equipment.
- Identifies, analyzes and solves problems.
- Ensure all IT policies/standards and procedures are in place.
- Conduct Daily/ Weekly and Monthly System Health checklist.
- Participates in the development, planning, implementation and support of targeted projects (KIOSK Apps, Web and Mobile Apps, Home Delivery Apps, etc.) in the field of IT.
Requirements:
- Networking: good knowledge of devices, LAN/WAN concepts, routing, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, firewalls.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Windows based systems, Windows Server 2019/2022 (Active Directory, GPO, File Servers, DNS, IIS, DHCP) - installation, configuration, update and monitoring.
- Experience with backup systems.
- Professional experience with Microsoft Exchange will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Motivation, analytical and good communication skills.
- Skills for prioritization, meeting deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
- University degree in the field of Information Technologies or similar.
- Good command of English (technical level).
- Good in Crisis Management.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
- Capable of being self-managed.
- Driving license.
Advantages:
