In this IT Support Specialist role, you will oversee you will take charge of managing and maintaining our SharePoint sites, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. You will leverage your expertise with Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows that enhance efficiency across teams. In this role, you will oversee our helpdesk system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Additionally, you will provide general IT support to ensure the organization operates smoothly, making this position ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive approach who is eager to grow and take on diverse responsibilities.
Main duties As an IT Support Specialist, your main duties on the job would be the following:

Main duties As an IT Support Specialist, your main duties on the job would be the following:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, including site creation, permissions, updates,
- Ensure that SharePoint is optimized to meet team and project needs.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows using Power Automate to streamline
- Identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee the helpdesk system, ensuring tickets are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Solve IT support tickets, including VPN, access permissions, equipment, and software
- Prepare and configure laptops for new hires, including software installations and
- Wipe and reassign devices for leavers, ensuring compliance with data security policies.
- Conduct security awareness simulations using Microsoft 365 Defender tools.
- Analyze results and recommend actions to improve organizational security awareness.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive work experience in similar IT role.
- Experience with SharePoint site management and customization.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and basic workflow creation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues related to VPN, hardware, software, and
- Excellent communication skills for user support and team collaboration.
- Excellent understanding and communication in English.
